This project you are
embarking on should be fun, not a horrible chore. Paradise
Audio and Video
has organized the process so that communication is clear, systems are
easy and fun to use and everything goes according to budget and is
installed on time.
We can work directly with
homeowner, the builder, architect, or interior designer.
The
first step is for a conversation to take place with one of our staff
that will outline what your needs are and what services we can offer.
We then go back to our computers and prepare a proposal that clearly
covers all the items discussed and the projected timetable. These
initial consultations are at no charge.
Then,
if you decide to retain our services your job will then have a project
manager who will be in charge of making everything go correctly. This
person is your contact for questions and concerns as the job proceeds.
A
designer using blueprints and sophisticated computer software will make
sure all the right components are used, that speakers are not placed
where a light switch goes, that wire is calculated correctly and
labeled so that the installers know where everything is and goes, and
that any cabinets are of proper size for components.
We can work with your
cabinetmaker or you can use our own qualified craftsman.
Equipment
that needs to be ordered is done so early on so that it will be here
and in the truck the night before it is needed to go to your home. A
programmer configures all the control systems to make sure all the
remote commands are easy to use.
The
installers go out with drop clothes and computer diagrams of where
everything goes. They are on time and try to not disrupt your lifestyle.
If
you want to change the original plans as we proceed that is handled by
signing change order forms that spell out the changes and any
additional costs. Good communication is the key to a Paradise install.
Payments are on a scheduled basis as the work progresses and is
completed in stages. If in a smaller job this may be only an initial
deposit and the balance at the end of the day of installation.
After
the job is complete we train you on how to use the system. Then we do
not disappear. We will check on you to make sure you are happy and
should you need service we are there for you. We keep records of your
job so that years later we will be able to know what you have and how
it's supposed to work. As the future unfolds new technologies, we will
be able to add onto your system so it never needs to become obsolete.
